I’m so happy to welcome my friend and colleague, Jordan Gomez on the podcast this week!

Jordan (affectionately known as J.Go) is a health and confidence coach who helps women step into their most confident selves. Jordan helps her clients show up unapologetically, step into their confidence every day, and set goals that align with their values.

In this episode we’re going to talk about confidence, and unapologetically showing up both online and in relationships. As women, so many of us struggle with this. You can be a confident person and still struggle with insecurities, and social media certainly does not not help. 

Remember ladies, we are POWERFUL. We have the ability to bring life into the world, in addition to having a business, a family, friends, and a life of our own. When you get caught in the messiness and the comparison, come back to your why and the impact you make on others. Focus on connections, not statistics! Be aware of your words, do something to show your body love every single day, and get really clear on your vision of what confidence means to you.
