Frequently Asked Questions
After checkout you’ll get your confirmation email with a questionnaire to get things rolling. Once the questionnaire is done (within 48 hours) we’ll get started on your project and have it sent off within 5-7 days (M-F).
How does it work? How long does it take?
You get to choose your brand colors and fonts from the library provided and we will
customize the logo based on your brand name that you give us along with a brand guide to tie it all together. The logo that you choose is the logo you will receive (only with your name/colors customized in it).
How custom is it?
Due to this being a low cost option, there are no change requests/revisions. However you can purchase a refinement cycle starting at $100.
Can I request changes to the logo or do I get revisions?
We will send you all the files you need through email including (jpg, png, ai, eps)
